Low Maintenance Precast Concrete Fence Walls
Precast concrete walls are a low or sometimes no maintenance solution as privacy walls, perimeter walls, buffer walls, noise barriers, sound barriers, and security walls. Precast concrete walls are extremely durable and have very little maintenance. The only maintenance ever needed for a precast concrete wall is paint if the concrete wall is a painted concrete wall. Painting maintenance is really no different that what is needed for your house. Some people can easily go ten years or more with out needing to repaint and usually a property wall is painted even less.
Most paint these days is designed to with stand our harsh environment and has UV inhibitors and anti-algae properties. Some paints even come with a 10 year warranty and may not need to be painted for 20 years.
Permacast walls also come in colored concrete for those concrete wall customers that don't want to bother with paint. This colored concrete has color pigment all the way through the wall so if a chip where ever to happen by a car or other heavy machinery, that chip does not stand out and still blends in with the color of the concrete wall.
