Precast Concrete Wall
Precast Concrete Walls are manufactured in a controlled environment and then transported to their new home. Because of precast concrete walls factory-controlled production process, the rebar coverage is consistent and correct, as are strength and concrete quality. The manufacturing process to build these precast concrete fence walls is consistent every day. The mold that produces these precast concrete fence walls is first cleaned of all debris and residue that might affect the finished appearance of these precast fences & walls. Second, a release agent is applied to the precast concrete wall mold so that when concrete is poured into the mold and cures, the final shape will not stick to the precast concrete wall mold. Third, before the mold is closed, rebar is set in place in the necessary spots in the precast concrete wall mold to ensure strength and durability. Forth, the pre cast concrete wall mold is closed tightly and is ready for concrete. Fifth, Concrete is then poured in the mold and covers the rebar perfectly all the way to the top. Sixth, the precast concrete wall mold then sits over night allowing the concrete inside to cure or harden. The seventh or last major step in the process happens the next day when the precast concrete wall mold is opened. When it is opened, a perfect and consistent wall is removed, stacked, and then waits for its new home.
