Precast Concrete makes the best Stucco Fence Wall
The traditional concrete block privacy wall is un finished looking when it is built and a step at the end of building the concrete privacy wall needs to be taken. This step is called Stucco. Stucco will give the wall a finished appearance and then paint is normally applied after the stucco process. Stucco is a very time and labor consuming process that adds substantial cost to a concrete privacy wall. Stucco can also fall off a wall when applied improperly, crack, and chip. If you look at many of the walls in your area that have a stucco finish, the stucco has been worn away at the ground level. This is usually caused by getting hit with a weed-wacker week after week and is un avoidable.
There are many styles of stucco finish and one of them is the most common, the Sand Stucco finish. This stucco finish is the most popular and the most neutral stucco finish there is. When a concrete privacy wall has this finish it is capable of blending very well with its environment while looking very finished or polished at the same time.
Permacast concrete privacy walls have a sand finish imprinted in the concrete so there is no need to ever stucco. The sand stucco finish imprint is created by having the negative of this texture already imprinted in the mold so the concrete is actually making this finish and is part of the wall it self. This creates the most durable sand stucco finish available. It can't ever have any of the problems of a normal stucco finish. This sand stucco finish already pre cast or imprinted into the concrete privacy wall reduces the labor cost significantly and the savings are past onto the customer.
